We've had a few questions lately on how various things work here at Morris Photographic, so I thought I'd pop this blog up for a quick reference. If you have any further questions, you can call us Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5pm, on 01608 649224.

Customer Requests;
Customer Requests differ from 'CSI' (Telephone) Orders in the sense that we don't take payment there and then - although certain items do require us to take a deposit - we take such details as your name, telephone number, and the names and model numbers of the products you're requesting.
We take Customer Requests in the unlikely event we're not currently carrying the item you're after - however, we can call the suppliers and we'll let you know a.s.a.p whether they have the item available for us to order in for you.

Stock Enquiries ;
Stock Enquirys are a common thing to receive - in fact, we recommend it! Our suppliers are only available Monday through to Friday, and we can take Customer Requests on Saturdays - though we can't check these items with the suppliers until the following Monday.
We cannot guarantee an immediate reply to stock enquirys made by our followers on Facebook and Twitter - instead, we recommend you give us a call on 01608 649224, or send an email to sales@morrisphoto.co.uk.

Order Enquiries ;
If you're following up an order you placed with us, please make sure you have your order reference available to help us solve your enquiry quicker.
If you're unsure of your order reference number, here's a quick guide;
CSI _ _ _ _ - Orders placed over the phone will have the letters 'CSI' followed by a 5 digit number in the top right hand corner of the invoice.
Ebay _ _ _ _ _ - Orders placed over eBay can be a little tricky, as the invoice contains two numbers, but when referencing an order, we use the 'Sales Record #' number, located beside the Date on the top right of the invoice.
'Online' Orders placed through the Morris Photographic website will have a 5 digit number in the top right hand part of the invoice, preceeded by the words 'Order Number:'. Bit straight forward, really, but it was worth mentioning :)
Amazon order numbers can be a bit bothersome, so rather than spelling out the standard 17-digit number, we'll simply need your name, the date you placed the order, and the last 7 numbers of your Amazon order.
